个人简介:
何守魁,bat365在线平台官网副研究员。2019年6月于bat365在线平台官网获得生物学博士学位,其中,2018-2019年在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学联合培养一年(国家留学基金委资助)。2019年7月至今,bat365在线平台官网博士后、助理研究员、副研究员。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、上海市自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金、bat365在线平台官网第二课堂教改项目。近年来,在Food Microbiology、Food Control、Applied and Environmental Microbiology等期刊发表学术论文36篇,其中,第一/通讯作者论文24篇。担任Current Research in Food Science和JSFA Reports编委,Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、International Journal of Molecular Sciences等期刊审稿人。
