主要成果:
在水稻高温感知和耐高温新基因及其上下游的分子调控网络研究方面取得重要进展,水稻耐高温机制的合作研究成果入选2022年度“中国生命科学十大进展”。
主要研究领域:
本课题组主要围绕细胞器与作物性状(包括耐高温胁迫等)调控机制开展研究,以粮食作物水稻、园艺作物番茄和模式植物拟南芥等作为材料,结合细胞生物学(超分辨显微技术,电子显微技术等)、分子生物学、遗传学和生物信息学等多种方法从亚细胞微观角度出发,探索植物细胞器响应逆境的信号通路, 解析细胞器与植物抗逆胁迫的关系,为作物抗逆改良提供重要理论基础,为全球气候变化带来的粮食安全问题提供新的解决方案。目前主要研究内容包括:
1. 植物细胞器感知热胁迫信号的通路及其耐热机制;
2. 作物抗逆和生长发育的协同调控机制;
3. 自噬信号通路调控与自噬体形成的分子机制。
