TITLE:Steroid receptor coactivator 2 mediated T cell immunity

ABSTRACT

The steroid receptor coactivator (SRC) family consists of three members, SRC1, SRC2, and SRC3, which regulate gene transcription by coactivating transcription factors, and are widely involved in several biological processes. Early studies have shown that the SRC family is abnormally expressed in a variety of malignancies and is related to the proliferation, migration, invasion and drug resistance of tumor cells. Thus, it is considered as a potential target for anti-cancer therapy. Recent studies have found that SRC also plays an important role in T cell differentiation and function. In the current presentation, the presenter will briefly introduce the basic background of SRCs, the key function of SRC2 in T cell-mediated immune responses, and explore the possibility of targeting SRC2 in immunotherapy for anti-tumor, anti-infection and autoimmune disorders.
